I embroidered these blocks some years ago....and my cousin pieced the top for her sister....and then I quilted it for her. Barb finally got her birds.
A lot of work went into this piecing
The right time of year for a quilt to snuggle up on the couch.
And think of spring and birds and flowers
The birds are very colorful...
And their houses are, too.
The birdhouse backing is just perfect.
Barb was surprised and loved her quilt. She doesn't need to know that it was about 10 years in the making. hahahaha
