Zootropolis

This is a quilt I finished a few weeks ago....but just got the binding on today. The pattern is Zootropolis by Sassafras Lane Designs.  

This is the pattern...

It is 65x78" and is going to a little girl that is about 3....my cousin's grandchild.

They are fusible designs...I sewed over them as I quilted it.

I used a Glide gray to sew down the animals. The koala has fancy glasses.

And a Glide dark brown for the brown parts; blue and white for the sky parts.

Why hop when you can ride.

A crown is always a fun accessory

Miss Piggy had to show off her glasses.

A hat was just perfect for the walrus.

Why just be a black and white zebra when you can be multi-colored.

The back is a muslin. 

 And, we can't forget the door.
