I quilted up a few things for eBay lately....table runners and wall hangings and such.

A pair of snowmen wall hangings
The backs were both the same.
Snow Globe Nativity table runner. the blocks were done on the embroidery machine.
There is actually a vinyl piece to make the 'globe'.
