My world, my life, my thoughts...my way. I'm a longarm quilter who has an older fabric stash that i am trying to use up. I particularly like selvage quilting and strip and crumb blocks. Life in the country is a never ending education.

I have made many alphabet quilts over the years....and finally the thought occurred to me....why haven't i made a number quilt....so this quilt was born, in May of 2015. I cut novelty fabrics in 'whatever' shapes and zigzagged them to a block. Then embroidered 'instructions'. I like how it came out. A quilt to keep you warm and some number fun.
It is 56 x 74" .... i finished quilting it yesterday.
Some blocks have more than 1 thing in them.
This one was fun to do
Backing was a number pring....border has numbers also.
Top thread was Glide yellow; bobbin was So Fine Gold. It's going to the flea market.
