New England Sampler

Finally got the New England Sampler pieced.

This is the pattern....I got it from my friend, Sharon.

My iron died about half through pressing it......why can't someone make an iron that works for about 20 years instead of about 2 years.  sigh!!

There were a few hours in front of the tv....cutting out all those pieces. and getting the vines to join up with the basket at the corners was a challenge. haha

Cutting vines...and reversible vines....was also a challenge. some got cut twice. haha

This is going to be so much fun to quilt.

This row got wool applique flowers.

Is that a tulip tree?

Another pieced row.

How cute are these bunnies?

It is about 51x57. now it has to marinate before quilting.

Let's go see what other Sharon patterns I can do.
