I am trying to match up my tops to be quilted with pieces of batting and pieces of fabric in the stash to see what i can match together and finish up.
This table runner is 12x57 so it wasn't too hard to find something to go with it. The blocks are done on the embroidery machine.
I don't know how it will launder, with the plastic globe part. i'm afraid to wash it and find out. haha
I just went around the embroidery and around the block and meandered the background.
I embroidered and pieced it back in January, so it didn't have to wait too long to be quilted.
Top thread was Glide light gray....it blended too well...it was hard to see.
Backing came from the stash. bobbin thread was So Fine tan.
This is my fur baby, Breezy. She followed hubby over to the studio this morning, and then didn't want to go back home with him. i don't know why she stays in the studio....she hates it and starts whining to get out. i told her she lost her chance to leave and had to wait for me to leave. she was not happy with me. She's about 70 pounds of a fur shedding machine. haha she is sweet and smart but has a mind of her own and sometimes acts like a 2 year old.
