I started another Robert Callaham pattern. this one is called Robert's Floral Garden. i am still using my wool felt. i keep hoping to use it all up. it is slow going.
This is called Laurel Spray. i am using a running stitch on this quilt. it goes much quicker than a buttonhole stitch. and using muslin for the background.
This is Pineapple Passion. those red flowers or buds or whatever they are supposed to be...just look like balloons to me. LOL
And this is Sandra Jayne's Bouquet.
These 3 blocks go across the top of the quilt. the next section make the blocks that go down the right side. so there is no 'start at the top and work down' on this one. and the background is lots and lots of 2 inch squares. Robert apparently likes lots of pieces in his quilts.
But it is fun and i am enjoying it. i especially like how that running stitch is so quick. hope to have a few more done by next week.
