Got another UFO pieced today. it is the Wild Horses panel by Laurel Burch. i had just 1/2 yd of each of the green, purple and brown fabrics so this is about all i could come up with. the little bits left over were cut out for the binding. and that used up all the fabric except about a 2"x 6" piece.
Why is it that a UFO can sit in a box for years....but put it on a list.....have it's number come up on that list....and then you piece it all together in about 2 hours. why couldn't i have done that when i got this fabric...years ago. sigh!!
Its pretty bright and colorful....brighter than the picture shows. i couldn't cut the panel apart successfully so i left it whole.
And just added borders.
It came out to a pretty good size cuddle quilt.....or a good sized wall hanging. it's in the to-be-quilted cabinet to marinate. it won't be done...
