I am always looking for quilts to use up bits and pieces of this and that. I had some aqua and brown fabrics from another project long ago and it seemed made for this. i added a bit of other browns to it.
The quilt pattern is in the July/August 2010 Quiltmaker magazine.
The designer is Rachel Griffith
It is 55x70. It was a lot of sewing 1 1/2" strips together, but once that part got finished...and it only took a couple evenings, the rest was pretty quick.
Now it has to wait its turn for quilting. One of these days I'm going to quilt up a bunch of my UFOs. hahaha
