Pink Selvage Tumblers

Today's quilt is brought to you by ...... pink.  I cut 6" tumblers with my accu cut machine and used all the pink selvages i had at the time. i needed more, so i just cut some pink striped fabric to go with them. there is no rhyme or reason to their placement. i might have started out with a design, but that went out the window.... as usually happens with me. haha

It is 60x75". I used leftover pieces for binding....beige, tan, cream....i didn't have any pinks.

This was a down and dirty, just git 'er done quilting design.  I went across the rows and put a V in the tumbler and SID between the tumblers. it went pretty quickly. I could go across one row left to right and come back the next row right to left. I used one bobbin until i got to the very last row....i thought that was amazing. then one more bobbin did the border.....until i was about 3" shy of finishing, then I ran out.

Quilting the way I did put a diamond pattern on the back. It is a pale pink fabric.

The border got some swirlies.

Glide Cotton Candy for the top;  Bottom Line Off White for the bobbin.  I pieced this in January, 2017.
